The Gulf South Conference announced its second set of men's soccer Player of the Week awardees for performances based on matches from September 8-14.
 
OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Oli Orzechowski, Jr., F, UAH

• Had six points on the week, as UAH earned went 2-0-0 on the week.
• Notched a three-goal performance in a 4-3 win against over Georgia Southwestern with three total shots, while playing 53 minutes. 
• Record one shot and played 57 minutes in a 1-0 win at Lincoln Memorial.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Andrey Gentil, So., D, West Florida

• Helped the Argonauts to a 2-0 week while tallying six points.
• Played all 90 minutes and had a three-goal effort in a 5-1 win at Rollins on Thursday, while finishing with four shots. 
• Had one of two shots on goal in a 3-1 over victory Embry-Riddle while playing 88 minutes.

GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK
Cole Turner, R-So., GK, Mississippi College

• Went 1-1 on the week as the Choctaws faces top-ranked Lynn and Delta State.
• Made seven saves and faced 20 shots in a Friday night clash with No. 1-ranked Lynn.
• Registered a clean, stopping three of six shots, in a 4-0 win non-conference win over Delta State.

FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK
Hunter Walker, Fr., GK, Trevecca Nazarene

• Started two games and logged a 1-0-1 record on the week with six total saves.
• Began the week with a four-save performance at Ohio Dominican in 2-0 decision, earning his first career clean sheet.
• Made two saves and faced seven shots in a 1-1 draw at No. 15 Cedarville.
