BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — The Gulf South Conference announced UAH’s Lili Wilken (player) and Montevallo’s Emily Mouser (freshman) as its fifth women’s basketball weekly award winners of the 2025-26 season, following their performances from Dec. 1-7.
GSC PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Lili Wilkin, Sr., G, UAH
Wilken averaged 27 points and 10 rebounds as she helped the Chargers to a 2-0 record to open the conference schedule. The senior guard began the week with a 30-point, 13-rebound performance at West Florida while knocking down 10-of-20 (.500) attempts from the field. She then followed up with 24 points at Valdosta State, while pulling down seven boards. Her weekly ledger also included six total assists, three steals and a block, while converting 43.2 percent (19-44) from the field. This is Wilken's second weekly award of season.

GSC FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK
Emily Mouser, G, Montevallo
Mouser had a solid week to open conference play as Montevallo traveled to Lee and Trevecca. In two games, the rookie guard averaged 13.5 points, 7.0 rebounds 3.5 assists and a steal per game. She also completed 10-of-22 (.455) from the field, including 5-of-8 (.625) from behind arc and was 2-for-2 from the free throw stripe. This is Mouser's first GSC weekly award of her career and the first by a Montevallo player during the 2025-26 season.
