Gulf South Conference volleyball student-athletes were honored Wednesday, Dec. 4, as the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) and Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) unveiled their 2024 all-region selections. 

The AVCA accoaldes were chosen by south region coaches with an active membership, while D2CCA awards were voted on by the sports communicators in the south region. The NCAA DII South Region is comprised of teams from the Gulf South Conference, Sunshine State Conference (SSC) and Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC).

NOTES

• West Florida setter Gabi Moulton was tabbed as the 2024 D2CCA Volleyball South Region Player of the Year. She was also a first team selection for both the AVCA and D2CCA.
• The GSC accounted for half of the 14 D2CCA All-South Region team selections, including five first teamers.
• Five GSC volleyball programs were represented between the two awards.
