INDIANAPOLIS – The NCAA announced the selections for the 2026 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships, with 23 individual athletes and two relay teams selected to represent the Gulf South Conference based on meeting qualifying provisional marks.

For the men, 13 individual athletes and one relay team will participate from five schools. Mississippi College has a conference-most five individuals competing, while Lee follows with three individuals and its 4x400m team. UAH and Montevallo are sending two individuals apiece, while West Alabama will have one representative.
On the women's side, there are 10 individual athletes and one relay team that span across four schools. Lee had the most individual athletes selected with five, while UAH had two individuals and its 4x100m relay team picked. Mississippi College follows with two individual representatives, while West Alabama has one.
The 2026 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships will be held May 21-23 in Emporia, Kan., at Welch Stadium. The championships will be streamed live on
