The eighth set of 2026 Gulf South Conference Men’s Soccer Weekly Awards presented by Athletic Solutions have been announced, based on performances from Oct. 12-18.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Chris Douglas, F, Jr., Trevecca Nazarene

• Produced five goals and an assist, helping No. 20 Trevecca outscore its opponents 7-0, in a pair of wins that extended the Trojans’ win streak to six games and secured the program’s first home GSC quarterfinal.
• Scored his second hat trick of the season in a 4-0 win against Spring Hill and added two goals and an assist in a 3-0 win at No. 10 AUM on Oct. 17 to break the TNU NCAA-era career goals record (26).
• Extended several TNU NCAA-era records with his 15th goal and 35th point of the season and now has 61 career points, six shy of the program’s record.

DEFENDER OF THE WEEK
Haden Brown, D, Fr., Trevecca Nazarene

• Anchored the TNU defense during two shutouts, including holding No. 10 AUM to two shots on goal.
• Posted a career-high two assists in each game, assisting four of the Trojans’ seven goals to break the TNU NCAA-era single-season assists record (9).
• Earned his second GSC Defender of the Week honor.

GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK
Hunter Walker, GK, So., Trevecca Nazarene

• Tied the Trojans’ single-season record with seven clean sheets and extended his career shutouts record (12) and single-season wins record (11).
• Posted three saves in a 4-0 win over Spring Hill and one save on Oct. 17 to hand No. 10 AUM its first home defeat of the season, 3-0. 
• Extended his streak to 327:14 without allowing a goal, dating back to Oct. 3, to improve his save percentage to .819 with 0.93 goals allowed per game. 
• Earned his second GSC Goalkeeper of the Week honor.

FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK
