The Gulf South Conference announced its weekly award for the 2023-24 women’s golf season following performances from February 1-6.
Co-Golfers of the Week:
Madison Rincon, Jr., Montevallo & Alex Seppanen, Sr., West Florida
Both student-athletes competed at the World Golf Invitational in Saint Augustine, Florida and finished tied-20th with a three-round total of 227 11-over par. Rincon (77-74-76) helped Montevallo finish 13th overall, while Seppanen (72-72-83) allowed West Florida to place 11th in the team standings.

Freshman of the Week Holland Davidson, Fr., West Florida
Davidson finished 88th at the World Golf Invitational to open the Spring portion of the season. The rookie shot a 256 — over-par (77-87-82) in the two-day three round event, helping West Florida place 11th on the team leaderboard.
