SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Three Gulf South Conference men’s cross country teams ran the 2024 NCAA Division II Country Championship on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2024 at a wet and muddy Haggin Oaks Golf Course in Sacramento, Calif.

Lee paced the trio of GSC teams finishing 16th, while Alabama Huntsville (22nd) and Mississippi College (30th) followed. 

UAH’s Sam Wilhelm was the conference’s top runner traversing the 10K course in a time of 30:11.8 to place 23rd overall, and All-America accolades in the process.

Edimo Nintereste was Lee’s top finisher placing 78th with a time of 31:08.1, while Braedon Methvin led the Mississippi College contingent with a time of 31:19.2, placing 96th overall.
