A record 84 Gulf South Conference soccer student-athletes—58 women and 26 men—were named to the 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® teams were announced.
In addition, the GSC had a total of 15 student-athletes advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. On the women’s side, Delta State’s Ava Steven, Chloe Colquhoun, Lee’s Grace Berry and Avery Sides, Montevallo’s Lainey Farabaugh and Morgan Goehring, Spring Hill’s Alexa Pratt, Union’s Lucia Revuelto, Valdosta State’s Maria Rojas and Katherine Kimmel, West Alabama’s Selis Demirci, and West Florida’s Mya Swinton. For the men, AUM’s Benjamin Hoffmann and Sean Keane as well as Union’s Noel Pataki.

The award recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes men’s and women’s soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. Academic All-America® selections will be announced December 16.
