BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – GSC basketball midweek clashes and upcoming weekend games, alongside Mississippi College and Shorter in track and field action.

Men’s Basketball
The ninth-ranked West Georgia team kicks off the week by hosting Christian Brothers on Wednesday at 7:30 PM. Simultaneously, West Alabama will be on the road against Auburn Montgomery, and Alabama Huntsville will journey to Montevallo, with tipoff scheduled for 7:30 local time. On Thursday, January 25, Delta State will host Valdosta State, and West Florida will travel to Mississippi College, with both games starting at 7:30.

On Saturday, Montevallo will be on the road to face Lee, and Union is scheduled to play against West Georgia, with both games commencing at 4:00 PM local time. Additionally, Alabama Huntsville will travel to face in-state rival West Alabama in a highly anticipated matchup between the second and third-ranked teams in the GSC. Women’s Basketball
On Wednesday, January 24, West Georgia will initiate its week by hosting Christian Brothers with a 5:30 PM tipoff. Simultaneously, West Alabama is scheduled to travel to Auburn Montgomery for a 5:30 local start time. Montevallo, aiming to defend its two-game winning streak, will be at home against Alabama Huntsville. On Thursday, the 15th, Valdosta State, boasting a 13-game winning streak, will take on Delta State with a 5:30 central start time.

On Saturday, a lineup of games is scheduled, beginning with Montevallo and Lee going head-to-head at 2:00 PM in Cleveland.
