NABC Announce 2025-26 All-America, All-District Selections

The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced its All-America and All-District selections following the 2025-26 season, as voted for by NABC-member coaches across NCAA Division II.

Montevallo’s Derek Moore was the lone Gulf South Conference representative to earn NABC All-America honors. Moore, the GSC Men’s Basketball Player of the Year, appeared in 29 games for the Falcons and averaged 18.0 points and 6.7 rebounds per contest, while shooting a league-best 61.8 percent (188-for-304) from the field and a converting 80 percent (132-of-165)from the free throw stripe.

Moore was previously a First Team nod to the NABC South All-District and joined by West Alabama’s Rasean Frederick. Meanwhile, Montevallo’s Brandon Fussell, Union’s Terrence Ringo Jr., and Valdosta State’s Drew Mills were each named to the NABC Second Team South All-District squad.
