BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Gulf South Conference announced the league has entered a partnership with Hour-A-Thon, a national leader supporting athletic departments in fundraising. Under the multi-year agreement, Hour-A-Thon will be designated the “Official Fundraising Service” of the GSC and will be available to assist all GSC member institutions in their athletics fundraising efforts.
"Hour-A-Thon is a proven partner in the fundraising space,” said GSC Commissioner Matt Wilson. “We are excited to partner with them and provide another option to support our members resource generation strategies.”
Built by competitors for competitors, Hour-A-Thon provides athletic departments technology and a framework to create exciting experiences and incredible performances in athletics fundraising. The Hour-A-Thon format is a competition-based platform utilizing direct phone and text contact between participants and potential supporters over one hour of time generating funding in record time.
