The Gulf South Conference has announced its final women’s outdoor track & field weekly awards for the 2025 season following meets from April 21-27.
Track Athlete of the Week
Hilary Udechukwu, Sr., Sprints, Mississippi College
Udechukwu earned her second GSC Track Athlete of the Week for the outdoor season following a strong outing at the Mike McMillan Twilight Invitational. The senior competed in the 400 Meters where she won the event while reaching an NCAA Division II Provisional mark with a time of 55.45 seconds. She also won the 400 Meter Hurdles with a time of 1:01.70, good enough for both an NCAA Division II Provisional mark and a program record in the event. Both of her times rank at the top of the conference now.
