The Gulf South Conference announced its seventh set of men’s soccer Player of the Week awards for performances based on matches from October 13-19.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Christian Harjanne, Jr., F, Union
- Had a six-point week to help Union go 1-1 and earn three points in GSC play.
- Scored in the 13th, 15th and 51st-minute to earn a hat trick in a 5-2 win at Spring Hill.
- Played 158 minutes across two games and finished the week with all three of his shots attempted in the back of the net.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Alan De Paula, Jr., D, AUM
- Played 74 minutes as the Warhawks went 1-0 to earn three points in GSC play
- Recorded one goal in a 4-0 shutout win against Montevallo.
- Led defensive efforts to help the Warhawks secure a clean sheet, allowing only two shots on goal.

GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK
Cole Turner, Sr., GK, Mississippi College
- Helped Mississippi College go 2-0 on the week with wins at UAH and West Alabama.
- Made three saves on five shots faced, allowing only one goal in a 2-1 win at UAH.
- Recorded a clean sheet with two of seven shots turned away in a 1-0 win at West Alabama.
- Earned his second GSC Goalkeeper of the Week award this season.

- Tallied a brace, scoring in the 2nd and 69th-minute of play against the Falcons.
- Had all three of his shots marked on goal in 73 minutes played.
