SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Lee University women’s cross country posted a ninth-place finish in the 2024 NCAA Division II Championship, held Saturday, Nov. 23 at a rainy and muddy Haggin Oaks Golf Course in Sacramento, Calif.

The Lady Flames, which finished with 284 points, were led by Aria Hawkins who placed 34th (21:22.7). Lee also received scoring runs from Ana Patricia Campos (40th/21:27.1), Lily Hare (58th/21:43.5) and Letlhogonolo Magoro (92th/22:06.1)
Mississippi College’s Taylor Benoit meanwhile competed as an individual and logged a time of 22:03.2, good for 87th out of 262 runners.
