Schray joined the Gulf South Conference in August 2026 as the Video Broadcast Specialist. In this role, he will serve as the conference office's liaison with FloSports and work with membership institutions to ensure broadcast standards are met.
A veteran sports broadcaster and media professional who brings more than a decade of experience in live sports production, play-by-play and digital media. His play-by-play work includes nationally distributed USL soccer, MLS NEXT Pro broadcasts with Chattanooga Football Club and Division I college football telecasts. He has also worked extensively on live productions with Division I institutions and conferences, including Big South and Southern Conference (SoCon) schools and events.
Through Schray Media, Schray oversees production for hundreds of live sporting events annually, including collegiate conference championship events, year-round partnerships with institutions, collegiate showcase events produced in partnership with convention and visitors bureaus, and nationally prominent prep events.
Schray is also the founder of various online media outlets and holds a master’s degree in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Spring Arbor University and a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Adrian College.
