BOULDER CITY, Nevada — Stroke play of the 2026 NCAA Division II Men’s Golf Championship came to a conclusion at Boulder Creek Golf Course in Boulder City, Nevada on Wednesday, with the top eight teams advancing to Medal Match Play.
Lee was among the teams that secured a place in match play as it finished fourth overall with a three round total of 846. West Florida meanwhile missed the cut and had its season come to an end as the Argonauts finished 10th with a team score of 858.
RESULTS (STROKE PLAY): INDIVIDUAL | TEAM
As a result, the Flames reach Medal Match Play for the fifth time in the last six seasons. This also marks the 10th consecutive season a Gulf South Conference team advanced since Medal Match Play was introduced in 2011.

Lee led by top-10 finishers Bennett McNabb and George Cordall. McNabb claimed a share of fourth after shooting 206 10-under-par, while Cordall finished tied for eighth, one stroke back, carding a 207 11-under-par.
Per Ekelund led West Florida finishing tied for 18th as he carded a score of 211 five-under in the three-round foray. TJ Thompson followed (t-35th) with a 214 two-under-par.
USC Beaufort’s Octavio Laurent, who qualified and competed as an individual, was crowned as the national champion, topping the leaderboard by shooting 199 17-under-par.
