OXFORD, Ala. — The 2026 Gulf South Conference Baseball Championship, co-hosted by the City of Oxford, will be played Friday, May 1 through Tuesday, May 5 at Choccolocco Park in Oxford, Ala.
 
CHAMPIONSHIP CENTRAL
 
This season's tournament will feature a new format that begins with two single-elimination games on Friday. The advancing teams are then be re-seeded for the six-team double-elimination bracket which will begin play on Saturday. Of the two teams advancing from Friday's games, the higher-seed will be the No. 5-seed with the other team entering as the No. 6-seed.

West Alabama are the No. 1-seed after winning the GSC regular season title and finishing conference play with a 23-10 record. The Tigers are ranked top-10 nationally and will look to repeat as tournament champions. 

Lee follows as the No. 2-seed boasting a 22-11 conference record. The Flames are also ranked nationally among the top 20. Mississippi College (21-12) will be the No. 3-seed and will open against No. 4-seed West Florida (21-12) on Saturday, May 2 at 11 a.m. CT. 

Friday's single-elimination games will feature No. 5-seeded Delta State vs. No. 8-seeded UAH at 11 a.m. CT, and No. 6-seeded Trevecca Nazarene vs. No. 7-seeded Montevallo at 2:30 p.m. CT. The advancing teams will then be slotted into the six-team double-elimination  

General admission is $10 per day, while children five and under are free. Fans can purchase tickets for each day, here. Parking is $5 per day and cash only.
