Attendees Announced for 2025 GSC Football Media Day

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — The Gulf South Conference on Tuesday announced the participants for the 2025 GSC Football Media Day presented by Caldwell Architects, set for Wednesday, July 23 at the Wynfrey Hotel in Birmingham, Ala.
 
For the third consecutive year the GSC Football Media Day will be presented live with fans able to hear from head coaches and student-athletes. FloFootball will once again broadcast the event for free in its entirety, beginning at 1:30 pm CT.  

The 2025 campaign will be the 55th season of GSC football. The GSC is coming off another strong season which saw two teams make the NCAA Division II playoffs, including Valdosta State which advanced in the DII National Championship game. Links and specific time slots will be shared when available.

The Gulf South has won 13 NCAA DII football national titles with 23 title game appearances. Since the turn of the century, the conference has celebrated six national titles and advanced to the Division II National Semifinals or Championship Game in 20 of the last 24 seasons. The 2024 season marked the 10th consecutive year that GSC has had two or more teams appear in the NCAA postseason.
