The Intercollegiate  Collegiate Women’s Lacrosse Association (IWLCA) announced its 2025 IWLCA Division II South All-Region Team.

The Gulf South Conference had nine honorees from three member schools across the two teams. Flagler led the way with five IWLCA All-Regions selections, while Lander followed with three, while Alabama Huntsville had one.
