KENOSHA, Wis. — Lee and UAH’s men’s cross country teams represented the Gulf South Conference at the 2025 NCAA Division II National Championship, held Saturday, Nov. 22 at the Wayne E. Dannehl National Cross Country Course in Kenosha, Wis.

Lee finished with 375 points to post a 10th place finish out of 34 teams. Tucker Wright was the team’s top finisher with a time of 30:53.9 for 50th place. The Flames’ other top-5 runners were Edimo Ninteretse in 53rd (30:57.4), Pierre Chauveau in 58th (31:01.9), Evan Moore in 132nd (32:03.8) and Chris Ross in 138th (32:08.0).
UAH placed 21st with 543 points and a team time of 2:39:42.3. The Chargers were led by Ahmed Ibrahim who placed 75th with a time of 31:16.0, while Tripp Miller (31:59.5) and Dakota Frank (31:59.6) followed in 123rd and 124th, respectively. UAH’s team score was rounded out by Nate Pohlsander (32:10.3) in 145th and Evan Christopher (32:16.90) in 158th.
Christian Brothers’ Basile Chevrel was the lone GSC runner on the men’s side to compete as an individual. He navigated the 6K course in a time of 32:21.6 to finish 165th out of 259 runners.
