BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — The Gulf South Conference announced its women’s golf All-GSC selections and individual major award winner following the 2024 season. Awards were determined via a vote by the conference’s head coach. 
 
Lee graduate student Supushcaya Srinchantamit was tapped as the GSC Golfer of the Year. Mississippi College rookie Ida Lundh was voted Freshman of the Year, while Coach of the Year honors were split between Lee’s Geandra Almeida and West Florida’s Kristen Dorsey.
 
In All-GSC voting, Lee had a conference-best three selections, while Montevallo, West Florida and West Georiga followed with two apiece. Mississippi College, Shorter and Union filled out the selections with one honoree each. 
 
Srinchantamit captured top golfer honors for the second consecutive season. The Thailand-born student-athlete posted an average score of 72.5 over 27 total rebounds. She had three top-three finishes, which were highlighted by tournament victories at the Lady Bearcat Invitational and the GSC Championship. 
 
Lundh is the first Lady Choctaw to be recognized as the conference’s top freshman. The Sweden native recorded a solid debut season with an average stroke score of 76 across 20 rounds. She finished among the top-10 in four of seven tournaments, highlighted by a win at the Ram Spring Invite.
 
Almeida collected top coaching accolades for the second consecutive season. Under her direction, the Lady Flames finished inside the top-five in all nine tournaments they played, while posting six second -place finishes. Collectively, Lee notched an average team score of 297.5 over 27 rounds.
 
Dorsey picked up her second career GSC coaching award, first since 2022. The Argonauts played 26 rounds across nine tournaments, notching an average score of 304.7. With Dorsey at the helm, UWF finished among the top-five four times, headlined by a win GSC tournament win for the 12th time in program-history.
