The 2024 Academic All-District® men’s and women’s soccer teams, selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC), were announced. Among those listed were 72 Gulf South Conference student-athletes — 42 women and 30 men.
The award recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes men’s and women’s soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
The Gulf South had 14 total Gulf South student-athletes named Academic All-District® honorees advanced to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. On the women's side Lee's Jordan Blair and Grace Berry, Union's Lucia Revuelto, Montevallo's Morgan Goehring and West Florida's Kendall Blackmon, Julieta Limardo, Emma Belta, Ahnalie Layman and Mya Swinton. For the men, the list included, UAH's Oli Orzechowski, AUM's William Blake, and West Florida trio Keegan Ancelin, Keegan Lynch and Marcos Pereira.
Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. Academic All-America® selections will be announced December 10 for men’s soccer and December 11 for women’s
