NOTABLE
- Montevallo edged Mississippi College in the first set. After falling behind 23-22, the Falcons took advantage of two Lady Choctaw errors and a Casey Hendrixson ace to win the set.
- The Lady Choctaws recovered to tie the match at a set apiece. A 10-0 run in the middle of the second set helped them take control and eventually win the set.
- The Falcons stepped up to take the final two sets. The Falcons hit .511 in the final frame and were fueled by the ten combined kills from Amanda Nugent and Evelina Teran.
- Four Falcons (Teran, Nugent, Allie Dishman, Morgan Hoffman) hit the double-digit kills mark. Lexie Laurendine of Mississippi College did all she could for her team as she recorded a triple-double (12 kills, 25 assists, 14 digs).
