PLAYER OF THE WEEK - EAST
Kayla Bonilla Valdosta State
Points Per Game: 19.0 - Assists Per Game: 3.0 - Rebounds Per Game - 2.5 - Field Goal Percentage: 83%
Notes: Bonilla put together two more great games for the 5-0 Lady Blazers in a weekend sweep of AUM. Bonillas went 15-for-18 from the floor, including a 5-of-6 performance beyond the arc. She scored 38 total points in just 50 minutes on the floor for VSU. This is the second straight week, and the fourth time in her career, that she has won this award.

FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK - EAST
Alexandria Smith Valdosta State
Points Per Game: 11.0 - Rebounds Per Game: 9.5 - Assists Per Game: 2.0 - Field Goal Percentage: 50%
Notes: Smith continued to contribute for the undefeated Lady Blazers, nearly averaging a double-double and shooting 50% from the floor in two wins over AUM. In Saturday's game, Smith had a game-high 15 rebounds to go along with 18 points. This is the second straight week that she has won this award.
