GSC Update on COVID-19 Impact
The below statement from the GSC was released at 2:30 p.m ET/1:30 p.m. CT on Thursday, March 12.
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Gulf South Conference is continuing to monitor the development and impact of COVID-19. Currently, the GSC is supporting the autonomy of our institutions and their decisions on what is best for their individual campus constituents and local communities. We will remain in close contact with all GSC members and make necessary adjustments for the health and safety of our student-athletes, staff members, and fans.
