Brooke Long's win in the heptathlon was the second heptathlon win for Lee in three years. Runner-up
Jordan Allison won the event in 2017.
- UAH's
Courtney Canady finished third in the event after runner-up finishes in 2017 and 2018.
- After a second place finish last year,
Erin Jewell set a new meet record with a mark of 13.75m in the shot put. She then went on to win the discus with another meet record. It was her second straight win in the discus.

Hanna Buttolph's win in the high jump made her the first high jump all-conference honoree for the two-time defending champions.
- UAH's
Jade Johnson won the triple jump after finished tied for second in the high jump earlier in the day.

Marina Rizk set a new meet record in the pole vault for the Lady Choctaws.
- Lee continued its streak of 3000m steeplechase wins with
Charlee Boxall's first place finish. The Lady Flames have now won the event every year of the GSC Track and Field Championships.
- Defending GSC Champion
Ansley Long had the second fastest 100m time in the prelims, only topped by .02 seconds by Lee's
Kayla Williams.
