Franziska Bremm came from one stroke back to start the day to win medalist honors. This is the second time she has won the GSC Championship, also winning the title in 2016. Bremm has now been named the GSC All-Tournament Team all four years.
- Bremm is the third person in GSC history to win the women's golf medal twice.

Haverly Harrold finished as runner-up for the second straight year.
