Charger Women Top Field After Day One of GSC Track and Field Championship
ROME, Ga. -
Portia McManis from Shorter is in the top spot in the heptathlon after one day on competition in Rome. The senior finished in the top three in all four events on Thursday and had the fastest 100m hurdles time.
UAH leads Shorter by just three points at the top of the team standings. The defending champions from West Georgia currently sit in fifth place.
