Shorter wins 20th to give Mitchell 500 wins
ROME, Ga. – Shakierya McClendon scored on Shorter’s first possession of the night and didn’t let up, scoring 23 points on 9-of-15 shooting to lead the Lady Hawks past Alabama Huntsville, 72-59, on Tuesday in the 2015-16 VisitSpaceCoast.com Gulf South Conference quarterfinals.
