UWF Falls Short In NCAA Men's Tennis Title Match
GSC Champion West Florida's impressive season came to an end on Saturday coming one match short of claiming the 2012 Division II Men's Tennis Crown.
The Title match featured No. 1 Armstrong Atlantic State and No. 2 UWF in the second meeting of the season between the squads. Unfortunately for the Argonauts, AASU made it 2-0 against the GSC Champions this season, sweeping the National Title match, 5-0.
West Florida ended the season with an impressive, 28-3 overall record which also included a 19-match winning streak. UWF's Final's appearance also marked the third consecutive by a GSC squad.
