Welcome to the official home page of the 2012 Gulf South Conference Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournaments. This page is the best place for GSC fans to find all of the information they will need,
including ticket and travel information, Tournament results, recaps and links to live stats and broadband internet broadcasts.
The women’s and men’s tournaments will be held in conjunction at The Arena on the campus of
Northwest Florida State College in Niceville, Florida. The Women’s Tournament starts with Quarterfinal action on Thursday, March 1, followed by the Semifinals on Saturday and the Finals on Sunday. The
Men’s Tournament begins with Quarterfinal play on Friday, March 2 followed by the Semifinals on
Saturday and the Finals on Sunday.
GAME SCHEDULE: The 2012 GSC Tournament Brackets will be officially released on Sunday, February 29th. If you cannot catch all of the action in person, GSC fans can keep up with the event by accessing LIVE Broadband Internet streaming, provided by PSB Live or by our “Live Stats” feature. Both features can be accessed by clicking on the corresponding link on the tournament bracket.

Notes: All Times Central and subject to change; The Women’s and Men's Championship Games will be broadcast LIVE by Mediacom, Comcast/Charter Sports Southeast (CSS), ESPN3/ESPN Full Court and WHCQ-TV 8 in Cleveland, MS. CSS will cut its broadcast short at 3:30 pm (CT). CoxSports will carry the game on tape-delay. The Quarter-Finals and Semi-Finals will be streamed LIVE on the internet by PSBLive.

TICKETS: All-Sessions Tournament Passes are now available to this year’s event and can be obtained through the ticket offices at each Gulf South Conference school. Single-day tickets will be available
at The Arena during the Tournaments.
Ticket prices are as follows: Single-day (Adults $10; Students/Seniors/Military $7); All-Sessions
Tournament Passes (Adults $30; Students/Seniors/Military $15). Children age 3 and under are Free. Students must provide valid I.D. from the participating schools or Northwest Florida State College
in order to receive discounted tickets. All tickets are general admission.
PARKING: Parking is free.
MEDIA: Members of the media who plan on attending this year’s event must send credential request(s) to Gulf South Conference Assistant Commissioner Michael Anderson via email, phone (205-991-9880)
or fax (205-437-0505). Your request must include your name, the name of the media outlet you represent and the type of credential you are requesting (i.e., photo, print, radio). Radio broadcasts require previous notification sent to the league office by Friday, February 24. Radio rights fees are $200 for the entire tournament and are due prior to broadcasting.

Tournaments than just watch basketball! Besides visiting the Beach and all the other sights and activities the Emerald Coast has to offer, the Gulf South Conference has additional events to enhance your Championship experience with the GSC.
GSC BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT WELCOMING PARTY: The Gulf South Conference arrives on Wednesday, Feb. 29 with the GSC Basketball Tournament Welcoming Party, which will be held at HarborWalk Village in Destin, FL beginning at 5:30 p.m. Everyone is invited to meet players and coaches, enjoy music and other performances, and also have a chance to take home free giveaways as the GSC invades the Emerald Coast.
GSC FAN FEST: On Friday, March 2 the conference will host GSC Fan Appreciation Night at Fudpuckers in Destin from 8 p.m. to midnight. Fans presenting their all-session passes or ticket stubs will be admitted free to fan appreciation night, which will feature hors d’ouerves, soft drinks, giveaways and a cash bar.
