Career Highlights
- One-of-three players in GSC history to complete a career with more than 2,000 points and over 1,000 rebounds.
- Selected to the All-GSC team (Second team) four consecutive seasons (1988-91), and was named All-America following the 1989-90 season.
- Helped lead UWG to a four-year record of 72-32 (.692), and two appearances in the NCAA Division II Tournament.
- Holds the third highest scoring average in GSC history at 20.9 points per game, and is third in total career points with 2,192. She also ranks third in most field goals made in a single game (18), fourth in career field goals (848), sixth in career field goal attempts (1,476), sixth in free throw attempts (659), eighth in free throws made (471), and 10th in the GSC with a career field goal percentage of 57.5.
- She earned her bachelor’s degree from West Georgia in 1992, followed by a master’s in education at Central Michigan in 2002 and a Ph.D. in educational leadership from Capella University in 2008.
- At the time of her induction in the GSC Hall of Fame, Caldwell serves as a Special Education Lead Teacher for Marietta (Ga.) City Schools.
