Jones also posted record-breaking numbers, collecting nine passes for 143 yards (15.9 average) and a GSC single-game record six touchdown passes. The senior scored all six of the Blazers’ offensive TDs, breaking the league’s previous record of five TD catches, which was achieved by West Alabama’s Matt Carman in 1993. The Tucker, GA native also tied the mark for total touchdowns scored and total points scored in a game (36). Jones upped his career touchdown mark to 32 which is good for third in the league’s career list and he secured his second all-time accolade.
