Delta State quarterback Tyler Sullivan (FR, 6-3, 235, Louisville, MS).
Sullivan guided the Statesmen to victory, combining for a school-record 583 yards and six touchdowns. The freshman completed 34-of-48 passes for 520 yards and four scores and also ran for a team-high 63 yards and two TDs on game-high 18 carries. The Louisville, MS native’s total yardage placed him third in the GSC record books and his passing mark was seventh. Sullivan tallied his second award in three weeks.
