Benson secured her second GSC Offensive Player of the Week this season following a week that saw her total nine points and help Lander to a pair of wins on the road. In a nail-biting 13-12 win over UAH, the junior netted three goals on three shots on net, tallied a helper, picked up four ground balls, and even caused a turnover. She would not stop there, though, as she would go on to score four more goals, have another assist, and pick up two ground balls in a 18-11 victory against Montevallo.
