Clemons is the recipient of the GSC Freshman of the Week for the second time this outdoor season after a strong showing in the 800 Meters at the Lee University – Fast Break Athletics Invitational. The freshman reached an NCAA Division II Provisional mark after finishing third with a time of 2:11.56. This was also a personal record and now ranks second in the conference this season.
