She was charged with a 1-0 loss in the series opener with Valdosta State after allowing one run on six hits. The rookie bounced back in the series finale, tallying a 2-1 win and locked up a spot in the GSC Softball Championship, after pitching eight innings with three strikeouts, four hits and one run against. For the weekend, she faced 61 total batters as the Blazers hit .189 against her. Cauley now leads the GSC with a .167 opposing batting average and is second overall with a 1.51 ERA, while improving to 13-1 on the year.
