Sorrells continues her historic run after notching a ninth GSC Freshman of the Week award this season. The freshman averaged 10.5 points, five rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 1.5 blocks in two games for Montevallo. She began the week with a solid performance as she dropped 12 points along with grabbing six boards, dishing out three assists, having two steals, and rejecting two shots against Union. The Hamilton, Ala. native would follow this up nine points, four rebounds, two assists, and another block in a 80-69 win over Christian Brothers.
