Bolden reeled in his first GSC Player of the Week honor this season after averaging 31 points, 2.5 assists, four rebounds, and 3.5 steals in two games for Mississippi College. The junior got off to a strong start for the week as he dropped 21 points, pulled down five boards, grabbed two steals, and had an assist in a close 72-64 loss against Union. He then could not be contained against Christian Brothers as the Jackson, Miss. native stuffed the stat sheet with a career-high 41 points on 42 percent shooting, four assists, three rebounds, and five steals in a 65-53 win. Bolden accounted for 63 percent of the Choctaws’ points in the win.
