Maddox brought home her first-career GSC Freshman of the Week award following a two-game stretch that saw her average 21 points, five rebounds, and a block. To start the week, the Cullman, Ala. native dropped 20 points on 54 percent shooting, including drilling five threes, in a 81-38 win over Trevecca Nazarene while also putting up two blocks, a steal, and five rebounds. This was then followed up with a perfect nine-for-nine shooting performance to help UAH to a 114-65 victory over Tennessee Southern. The freshman dropped a season-high 22 points while making all of her four attempts from behind the arc, grabbing five boards, and dishing out an assist.
