Barker earned her third-career GSC Freshman of the Week following a time of 22:08.2 in the 6k at the UAH Chargers Invitational. She finished in 47th-place while also cementing herself with the 14th-fastest 6k time in program history. The freshman finished in the top-seven for all freshmen at the event while helping UAH to a 12th-place finish in the overall team competition.
