Duran received his third award of the season after West Florida went 3-0 on the week. In singles, freshman tallied a pair of wins from court five as he made quick work of Ouachita Baptist's Elias Lagger (6-2, 6-0) and Shorter's Frederico Roman (6-0, 6-0). He then bumped up to court four where he notched a three-set win over North Georgia's Marcos Castellanos (3-6, 6-2, 6-0). In doubles, alongside Albin Ekenros, he tallied a 6-0 win over Shorter's Sebastian Gamez/Carlos Rubio at the N. 2 spot. Duran also appeared at the top of the UWF doubles lineup against OBU and UNG but fell in both matches.
