The junior played at the No. 3 spot in both matches, defeating SLU’s Claudia Borbon Roca (6-1, 6-4) as the Warhawks won the match 4-2, while her matchup with NSU’s Freya Davies was unfinished. In doubles play, with teammate Nahia Izco, Villalvazo tallied wins from court three over SLU’s Madelyn Martin/Kamilya Shailina (7-6) and NSU’s Lexi Weir/Julia Moraes (6-4). Villalvazo boasts an overall 10-1 record in 2024, playing predominately from court three while holding a combined 10-3 doubles mark.
