Register earned her first GSC Freshman of the Week award after participating in five games last weekend. She recorded six hits, including a home run, and drove in three runners while scoring four times. The freshman recorded a solid .545 batting average and posted a .643 on-base percentage, going 6-for-11 at the plate. The Dexter, Ga., native provided a good showing in the 7-6 victory over Young Harris, where Register went 2-for-3 and scored twice.
