Teel had an explosive week from the plate as he recorded a .714 batting average and was 10-for-14, while helping Montevallo sweep Mississippi College. The graduate first baseman also finished the week with 10 RBI and scored seven runs, while filling out the ledger with a three doubles, two homers, a .733 on-base percentage and 1.357 slugging. Teel tallied a pair of three-hit games as he went 3-for-4 with three RBI in the series opener, before closing the three-game set with a 3-for-5 outing that included two doubles. His highlight performance of the weekend though was 4-for-5 day in game two which included six RBI and two home runs.
