Thorne recorded an event win in the Women's Shot Put, as well as two runner-up finishes in the Women's Discus and Hammer Throw at the Rhodes 7-Way Meet, achieving lifetime bests in all three events she competed in. She now ranks third in the SP, fourth in the Discus, and eighth in the HT after her performance in Memphis over the weekend. She was the top Discus thrower over the weekend, as well as the No. 2 Shot Put and Hammer thrower.
