Cole had a solid week and helped the Christian Brothers earn its first three-game conference series sweep since 2008, as it handled in-state rival Union. The senior right-hander worked a combined 8.1 innings across three games without allowing a single run against. He opened the week by tossing three frames as the starter versus Bethel in a midweek tilt as he struckout 6-of-11 batter faced. Against Union, Cole was credited with a pair of saves during Saturday's doubleheader, striking out three in 3.1 innings in the opener before working an efficient two frames to hold onto a 11-9 win.
