Stewart was a huge factor in helping No. 11 Valdosta State win five out of six games at home this week. The rookie hit .444 (8-18) for the week from the plate, while scoring seven runs with one double, five home runs and nine RBI. She slugged 1.333 and reached base at a .474 rate with one walk. Stewart had two multi-hit games and cracked home runs in four of the six contests. She smashed a walk off home run in extra innings against Barry to give Valdosta State a 5-4 victory in the first game of the week while recording the only RBI hit in game one against West Georgia in the form of a double to give VSU a 1-0 win.
