In her collegiate debut, Green set the Mississippi College freshman record in the 60-meter dash prelims (7.75). An hour later, she broke the overall Mississippi College record in the event during the semifinals with a time of 7.66, which was also an NCAA provisional mark. The rookie finished second in the final with a time of 7.68. She also ran an indoor lifetime-best of 25.15 in the 200m dash to finish third overall.
