Hernandez led the way for Mississippi College as the Choctaws took second at the UAB Blazer Classic last weekend at the Montevallo Cross Country Cross, site of the 2022 GSC Championship. The redshirt-junior cruised through the course at 21:30.9, placing fifth-overall. Her performance was also good for a school-record for a 6K race. This is Hernandez’s second time being recognized this season.
